For some reason, the homepage for this site is wonky on my phone (Android Oreo / Chrome / HTC U11). It seems to load normally, but then as I scroll down the content seems to either start flashing, or drops behind the background (the gray stripes); right now it starts flashing in the middle of the 3rd Sneak Peek for Elseworlds. It doesn't happen if I go into an article, just on the homepage, and I've never had an issue on supergirl.tv or stargirl.tv. Sorry, I can't seem to get a screenshot right now, but it has been going on since you started this site.
