What are the Easter Eggs that we've seen/heard so far? I know there were meant to be lots in Elseworlds, but I haven't seen an actual list.
I think it was stuff like the bust in her office, and props in the Asylum, and the other one I remember was the street names being Burton and Nolan.
An Easter Egg I think would be cool is from the comics: in Elegy in one of the flashbacks, young Kate is in Superman pyjamas. Not sure if they could do that in a flashback in season one though, since the Supers are from Earth-38, so it wouldn't make sense until the Earths are merged. But if they did it after the merging it would be cool.
Anything from the Bat-Mythos you'd like to see?
Hmh, I somehow have the feeling the response above doesn't fit to the original question (easter eggs) 
However I hope they will continue to build in some easter eggs like in the crossover.
Perhaps some related to the Tim Burton Batman-movies (incl. perhaps a Catwoman easter egg). Perhaps an easter egg/joke referring to the colorful Schumacher Batman-movies.
The old Batman TV show was already taken care of like you mentioned (bust).
However I hope they will continue to build in some easter eggs like in the crossover.

Having seen it already I can't say much, but I do hope in the future we get some female villains, Poison Ivy Harley Quinn on top of Alice who we already have
